Identified associate will be responsible for hands-on testing for first 1 or 2 months and then progress on taking up lead responsibility from customer SQA lead and progress to 50% lead and 50% hands-on and progress from there... They will be working closely with customer and MSAT teams. It’s expected that associate has required technical and testing experience to perform the role effectively, with little or no supervision.
