The candidate will offer best practices and recommendations for process integration, application development, deployment and ongoing enhancements of the CRM system. The position requires working closely with the corporate sponsor, business/functional leads, sales, marketing and other departments across in order to support new and ongoing business objectives. *Specific Responsibilities**:* - Administer the Salesforce.com application, including system configuration, data setup and ongoing maintenance. - Manages Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups. - Implements new enhancements including the creation of custom objects, fields, record types and triggers - Participates in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM. - Works closely with vendors to manage and effectively implement interfaces into and out of Salesforce. - Strong partnership with business leads to ensure they have the skills needed to train end users and support the business functionally. - Provides technical support as well as project and data management. - Manages ongoing relationship with Salesforce.com. - Maintains system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity, - Develops, deploys and maintains Saleforce.com reports and dashboards. - Confers with users to identify and define business problems and recommend solutions. - Prepares and presents written and oral presentations. - Coordinates as necessary with technical, operational, and user department personnel to insure timely completion of project. - Keeps management apprised of project status. - Other duties as assigned. *Skills/Experience Requirements**:* *General Skills**:* - Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with organizational personnel to define problems and present solutions at all levels of the organization. - Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Ability to translate customer requirements into specifications. - Comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations. - Possesses strategic thinking combined with tactical project planning and management skills. *Specific Skills**:* - Experience administering, configuring and developing Salesforce.com applications - page layouts, workflows, security access, data validation, data utilities, and creation of standard and custom objects, fields, workflow triggers, custom reports and dashboards. - Experience performing data cleanup and/or data migration to and from Salesforce.com. - Experience moving code from lower sandboxes to production environment. - Working knowledge of relational databases a plus. - Experience with Salesforce.com development technologies such as Java, Javascript, and/or Force.com (Apex Code). - Experience with Refractive Dialer and Silverpop and other ad-ons a plus.. - Experience in Agile development desired. *Education Requirements**:* - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field. - Salesforce.com Administrator Certification strongly desired. - 4+ years’ experience administering and configuring Salesforce.com application. -- Thanks&Regards, Praveeth.chava, Business Development Manager Genuineit LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* [image: cid:[email protected]] Ph: 281-576-7687 Email:[email protected] Gtalk: *[email protected] <[email protected]>* [image: cid:[email protected]] Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
