Must have Data Analyst experience, including experience developing technical specifications for ETL code for an Enterprise Data Warehouse. 3)Informatica PowerCenter development exposure Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the technical team in successfully developing, remediating and testing Informatica ETL code. Individual works with internal customers in a series of JAD sessions to gather business requirements for the EDW. Individual will conduct independent data analysis to frame the right questions and gather information to develop functional specifications that would be used by the technical team to create the design, develop, test and deploy the ETL code. Roles and Responsibilites: • Develop detailed specifications and oversee all implementation processes including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, training • Manage Business and Technical documentation for project purposes. • Support system, QA and UAT testing by providing guidance in writing test plans and test scripts to test the EDW design and ETL code • Adhere to standards and methodologies; • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Qualifications: • At least five years of strong Business Intelligence knowledge and experience supporting the design and specification of data integration, presentation and decision-making efforts with deep knowledge of data integration, reporting, analytics, trending and analysis. • Experience in Enterprise-level Data Warehouse solutions with strong skills & proficiency with Business Intelligence/Metadata/Reporting methodologies (including OLAP tools and architecture, Reporting systems, Data Warehouse/ETL best practices.) • Experience and skills in working and supporting Business Intelligence Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with proven experience in data integration projects.
