The desired qualifications for this job include, Organized and detail-oriented, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently. Great analysis and design skills, along with the ability to complete projects and tasks on time in and effective and robust manner. Good verbal and written communication skills, including good technical documentation skills. Knowledge of UML is a plus. Good understanding of the software development process. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus. Able to work effectively under pressure, independently, and within a collaborative team oriented environment. 4+ years of experience in software development required which includes experience with web application development and object-oriented programming. 4+ years .NET - C#, ASP.NET., JavaScript, JQuery, CSS 2+ years MS SQL Server skills.
