Person must have excellent customer facing presentation, communication and problem solving skills. Healthcare data experience, specifically Medicaid or Medicare, are encouraged to apply. *The individual will be onsite at client location approximately 3 days a week. Provide on-site support (e.g., requests for ad hoc reporting assistance, miscellaneous research, advise on analytic methods) and training to client end users. • Conduct data analysis using basic skills in statistics and database management. • Complete assignments on time and manage tasks. • Conduct scheduled and ad hoc user training. • Review claims transactions and work with our Data Warehouse and SAS • Interact with clients in a professional manner and respond quickly to customer requests. • Interact with project team in a collegial and professional manner; help foster teamwork to complete designated tasks. Skills: • 3 - 5 year healthcare industry work experience. • Experience in SAS highly desired • Proven task management skills. • Strong analytic skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong customer service orientation. • Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment.
