Below is a new position with one of the Major health care clients of FL. *The two most important things the manager is looking for is :* *· Quality of writing on the resume **– we are looking for someone to write documents but several of the resumes do not read well or have issues* *· Ability/skill issues **– most cannot tell what is in a Use Case and what the sections are used for.* *Duration: 6 + months* *Rate: $25 hour* *Full Description:* · This role will be a member of the Rating Solutions team, which is responsible for working with the sales, marketing & underwriting teams for all market segments (Direct, Small & Large Group) in support of the systems that develop the rates for the groups and documentation to be reviewed & signed. · The role will work closely with the business, other systems analysts and the development teams to prepare detailed system requirements & specifications for existing & new capabilities. · Their accountabilities will include but not limited to analysis and design activities, UML modeling, facilitating JAR/JAD sessions, and document the functional requirements in a Use case / supplementary spec format using RUP methodology. · Would prefer that the candidates have some experience in the HealthCare industry or sales.
