*Position:- Transitions Manager/Project Manager* *Location:- Shelton, CT* *Duration:- 1 -2 Years* *Looking for GC and US Citizen.* *Job Description:- * *Transition manager* will lead global applications transitions in large multi-year program. The* transition manager *will participate in transitions during pre-transition workshops, due diligence, work-statement preparation, planning, execution and go-lives. (S)he will closely work with customer, partner and delivery teams, to ensure smooth transition to steady state.
