Lead Oracle PL/SQL Developer Location: Boston, MA Duration: 6 Months *Note: Face-Face Interview required.* *Key Skills: *Oracle Apex development, Oracle PL/SQL development *Job Description: * · Plans, conducts, and coordinates programming application activities. · Analyzes, designs and implements business application computer software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business problems, questions or processes. · Develops statements of problems and requirements, designs systems and programs, and writes programs in computer language for solution by means of data processing equipment. · Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software subject matter to be programmed in business applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. · Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. · Typically, the Sr. Specialist I level designs, specifies, implements, and maintains automated and manual systems, and documents computer programs for systems of the highest complexity. · Screens requests for computer services, determines general customer requirements, develops and evaluates alternative systems solutions and functional specifications, and develops conversion plans and procedures. · Provides training to less-experienced staff. · Must be able to lead medium sized technical team, 3-8 associates, and interface directly with a Project Manager. · Provides cost estimates related to proposed system designs. · Involved in coordinating the most complex software development issues that arise in production environments.
