Our customer, an insurance company located in Philadelphia, PA has a long
term contract available for an Business System Analyst.

*Duration : 12months*

*Rate : Open*

*Position Description*
This role involves the gathering, analyzing and documenting of business
requirements .

The BSA will lead requirements gathering sessions with business unit,
line-of-business and operations SMEs (subject matter experts), perform gap
and business alignment analysis, analyze workflows and, where appropriate,
recommend adjustments to enhance technical staff performance and management
control.

The BSA serves as liaison between the user groups and the development
teams, ensuring the best technical solutions are developed for the business
needs.

This requires business requirements documentation, design sessions, build
verification and testing, systems implementation and production support,
all of which equates to the full project life cycle.

 *Position Requirements*
The appropriate candidate will ideally have:  5 years of business systems
analysis experience (or equivalent),  Possess superior overall business
analysis, presentation, QA, and verbal and writing skills;   Experience in
handling technical design documentation for agile development methodology;
 Insurance business experience desirable, but not imperative.
