Our client needs a Systems Analyst (Technical Analyst) who also have SOME
Project Management experience (creating project plans, staffing plans, etc.)
TITLE: Systems Analyst / Project Manager

OVERVIEW:
Client needs someone who can document the AS-IS state of their Service Model
for their Web Portal, create a TO-BE vision, conduct GAP analysis to define
the steps needed that will get them from the AS-IS to the TO-BE state and
then create a staffing plan and project plan that will allow them fulfill
the objective of providing long-term, in house support for their large web
portal.
*NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN FRANCISCO, CA (**NO EXCEPTIONS**)**.
