*SAP BW ConsultantNaperville, IL7+ Month Contract* Summary: Provide SAP BW, Bex design and development for supply chain automation efforts. Work will be accomplished using the Scrum framework. As a team member, the resource is expected to review prioritized Product Backlog Items (PBI), define tasks to deliver PBI, align on delivery requirements for each PBI with the product owner, commit to and deliver PBI. This will include presenting completed PBIs in the Sprint review, build of deployment plan and participation in deployment. The solution is BW architecture design implemented in HANA database (SAP BW on HANA but not Enterprise HANA).
Skills include: • Extensive knowledge with custom extractor creation using all options • Extensive experience in: Infocube design, ODS design, Multicube design, InfoSource design, Query design, Update rule, Transfer rule, Transformations etc. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP-BW, data design, logical data modeling and the technical infrastructure • Experience with Business Content analysis and business content usage as per requirement and enhancement of business content as per custom requirement. • Worked extensively on SAP Material Management SAP BW extractors & the respective master data dependent objects • Extensive knowledge of performance optimization techniques. • Experience with ABAP coding for function modules, update routine, start routine etc. • Experience with process chains creation, info package group, creation of event and event chains in BW. • Experience with extraction of data from multiple disparate source systems • Extensive knowledge of R/3 data source and data extractor with different extraction mechanism • Extractor enhancement, using the extractor exit, testing and debugging of extractor, development of custom extractor. • Experience with configurations to enhance data load performance during data extraction to BW. • Working with Analysis process designer (APD) to extract data from Bex Query and load into transactional ODS for further analysis. • Experience with SAP BEx Reporting & Web Application Designer to develop dashboards. • Experience providing leadership for a small development team Preferred Qualifications • SAP BW 7.0 Certification is a plus ------------ ------------- *David Bell* Technical Recruiter Consulting Knights Inc. 100 Overlook Center 2nd Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540.
