SAP SM/QM Senior Business Systems Analyst 6 months to perm Peabody, MA Rate: Open Type: Contract to hire *Summary* Responsible for supporting and working with Service & Quality business teams to design, develop and execute business process improvements leveraging SAP. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and hands-on SAP configuration knowledge *Responsibilities* - Lead SAP business system analyst for Service Management and Quality Management modules - Assists in supporting SAP Production Execution (PE) module - Leads and manages SM/QM governance process in order to prioritize and provide status updates to business users and IT leadership - Creates and manages SM/QM roadmaps/projects - Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides the appropriate system solution - Conducts current-state and future-state workshops - Identifies, interprets, validates and documents customer requirements - Designs, customizes and tests the application functions and security roles - Prepares comprehensive technical documentation including specifications, test conditions and test data - Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules - Ensures that Sarbanes Oxley ERP controls are in being followed and executed - Works with other members of IT to research and coordinate SAP patching and upgrade requirements *Position Requirements* - Proficiency required in Service Management module functions such as Customer Data, Customer Contract, Returns, and Service notification business processes - Proficiency required in Quality Management module functions such as Quality Notifications, Quality Inspections, Master Inspection characteristics, Defect & Task Codes, and Quality Planning business processes - Experience in SAP PE (Production Execution) module is a plus - Knowledge of other SAP Functions a plus (Sales & Distribution, Financial & Managerial Accounting, Human Resources, Materials Management, and Production Planning) - Experience completing at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation in the SM and QM modules is required. - Proven experience with post implementation support in a global environment - Knowledge of CRM processes and MS Dynamics CRM a plus - Results oriented, and demonstrates a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness - Prior Project Management Experience or Production Support is a plus -- Regards Siva Kumar Sr.Resource Manager [email protected] 33 Boston Post Road West, STE 160, Marlborough, MA.
