Good understanding of SDLC/STLC & agile processes 2. Excellent Presentation Skills, Analytical and Communication (Oral and Written) 3. Comprehensive/intermediate business knowledge of healthcare industry (organization structure, business functions, processes, procedures, objectives, goals, measures, metrics, internal self-assessment, processes, etc.) 4. Assists in the identification and evaluation of processes 5. Ensures that process improvement objectives, specific goals, measures, and metrics are established 6. Provides guidance and support to the team throughout the entire process improvement project 7. Experience in successfully applying quality management, process improvement, and problem-solving tools and methodologies 8. Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements 9. Knowledge of process improvement principles and tools (selection, application, and training) 10. Assessment and analysis skills (team dynamics, processes, problems, etc.) 11.
