*Duratoin: 18 Months*


 Responsible for planning and Performance Testing of applications prior to
installation into production.

   - Strong Performance testing experience with Batch and Transaction
   processing using Shell \ Perl scripts
   - Strong with DB2 / PL SQL
   - HP Loadrunner  / Jmeter expert
   - Strong understanding of Key performance metrics in distributed service
   oriented architecture
   - Good exposure to performance monitoring and analysis tools (Hyperic or
   Wily, Mainview, Apptune, Unix \ Linux utils.. )
   - Good knowledge of J2EE
   - Good understanding of  JSP, JTA, JMS and Spring framework
   - Knowledge of XML technologies (SOAP, JAXB, WSDL, XML)
   - Strong problem solving abilities , Able to work under minimal
   supervision , Encourages input from all members of the team
   - High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills
   - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with more
   senior co-workers and leadership with confidence and clarity
