* Role: Business Analyst with Life Insurance Location: Philadelphia, PA *

*Mode of interview: Telephonic*

*Visa: USC/GC…..will prefer USC/GC as we need someone who can join within
10 days of selection *



The BA is involved at some level throughout the entire solution development
life cycle. However, the majority of the BA work effort is focused on
elicitation, documentation, and communication of business requirements,
functional and non-functional requirements, and all associated processes.

Must have good Business Analyst Skills Must have US Life insurance
Experience with Term Life, Whole Life, Universal life, Variable Universal
Life. Working on process associating Policy details and agent details,
coverage and Beneficiary details with Life insurance claims, in associating
Bank Details , Claimant details with each policy to process the Life
insurance claims like, Death Life insurance claims, Living Life insurance
claims, Missing Life insurance claims, Maturity Life insurance claims and
Annuity Life insurance claims.





General Characteristics/Work Activities

·         Preparing accurate and detailed requirement specifications
documents, user interface guides, and functional/design specification
documents.

·         Communicating effectively with customers and IT to deliver
product*s functional requirements like screen, interface, and GUI designs.

·         Documenting the acquired results of analysis and workflows as
well as obtaining sign-off from the appropriate customers.

·         Designing and executing the test scripts and test scenarios.

·         Coordinating with the groups of business unit who test, validate,
evaluate new applications and functions, and determine issues in services
and software.

·         Managing any change requests related to the working project plans
daily to meet the agreed deadlines.

·         Work closely with development team throughout life cycle

Required Skills:

·         Work experience with standard system development life cycles
(waterfall and agile scrum methodologies)

·         Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

·         Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

·         Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.

·         Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.

·         Strong communications and interpersonal skills

·         Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

·         Experience: Typically has 3 to 5 years of IT work experience,
Life Insurance Industry Experience is required.

·         Complexity: Professional level role. Facilitates solutions
requiring analysis and research. Works on small to large projects that
require increased skill in multiple technical environments. Works on one or
more projects as a project team.
