SFDC consultant/Lead with minimum 4 years of Salesforce Development
experience.

* Responsible for leading design, architecture, development, performance
optimization and ongoing support of our enterprise Salesforce.com CRM
solution that supports our Sales and Service organization.

* In depth experience on Triggers, Classes.

* Should have worked on at least 3 full Salesforce implementation.

* Should have lead a team of at least 5 members.

* Experience in Coordinating between business and offshore team.

* Knowledge on Integrations with other system. (Soap and Rest based
integrations)

* Experience on Salesforce Sales and Service process.

* Salesforce.com Certification (DEV-401) required.

* Experience on Oriented Design (SOA), Force.com developer toolkit
technologies (including S-Controls, Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE,
Force.com Migration Tool, Flex toolkit for force.com, & Metadata APIs),
CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, SDLC, SOAP, AJAX, and Java

* Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills.

*Position 2:*



For the* Business analyst with legal background, if they have exp with HP
Autonomy  tool.* This should help us. Just make sure they have exp and we
can fill this slot.

 Business Analyst with Legal background – Location NY –

Candidate background could be legal or regulatory management or strong
exposure in compliance process activities.



The client might *not* be looking for specialists like AML or FATCA, et etc
but for folks *familiar with the legal/regulatory/compliance process* and
strength in the listed functional areas.



Key point to note – The business processes are not fully defined and
constantly evolving, hence it leads to a lot of fluidity. For a candidate
to be successful, they have to be ‘self-starters’ – pick up
tasks/responsibilities and run with it.



Domain Requirements

·         Good understanding of regulatory concepts such as Statutes, Laws,
Regulations, Citations, Issuing Regulators vs. Enforcing Regulators, etc

·         Some familiarity with the regulatory *life cycle* (eg. Statuses
such as Proposed vs. Effective, Publication Date vs. Effective Date vs.
Compliance Date) outside of organization

·         Some familiarity with the regulatory *life cycle* once ingested
into the organization (eg. Law or rule is converted into
policies/procedures, training material to ensure compliance with policies,
monitoring of compliance requirements, issue tracking, etc)

·         Familiarity with ‘taxonomies”. Some of the taxonomies being used
are Geography, Line of Business, Legal Entity, Products, etc.



*Position 3:*



Two reqs

·         *1 person Oracle OTL *

·         *1 person Oracle Workflow  & Oracle AME *



*Project overview:*

Project initiative is to “Clean up/Support/Follow on enhancements” to their
Oracle R12 OTL implementation.  The environment is set up and running but
additional more technical skills are needed to enhance the application
functionality.  2 technical resources that are heavily experienced(7years
min+) with full implementing and technical support are required.  Must be
able to demonstrate Solid Skills and Experience in R12 OTL, WF, and AME.
As a side note it would be great if the candidate has experience with
Oracles Projects module in HR



*Location*:  St. Louis, MN for the 1st month then travel only as needed
(remote work after 1st month)

*Duration*:  3-6 month with extension for this requirement.  Additional
follow-on work for successful candidates

*Job Description*
Designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents programming
to satisfy business requirements. Proficient in application development
skills for more than one technology as well as proficient in multiple
design techniques. This position should typically be used for an advanced
or lead level resource.


*Require 5+ years’ experience in the following:*

Ø  Experience delivering projects following agile methodology

Ø  Experience implementing Large Java and Actimize RCM software

Ø  Development experience with Java SE, EE and Open Source Frameworks

Ø  Ability to develop in all tiers of the application (presentation,
business, and database)

Ø  Development experience with OO design and design patterns

Ø  Experience with JSP, Servlets, JSTL, Spring Framework, Struts, JSF,
Hibernate, JPA, jibx, Axis2, JSON, and iText

Ø  Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Dojo, HTML, CSS and XML

Ø  Experience with testing frameworks like junit and experience with
mocking techniques

Ø  Experience with debugging, profiling and performance tuning web
applications

Ø  Extensive knowledge and experience with some of the industry standard
J2EE application servers like Tomcat, Web Sphere and WebLogic

Ø  Database/SQL performance tuning/optimization



*Additional Experience on Actimize products:*

Ø  Actimize RCM configuration: setting up roles, workflows, users, views
using RCM Designer.

Ø  Actimize RCM custom development on XSL, VTL, and Custom Dashboards.

Ø  Experience with installing RCM and Web Applications from an
infrastructure perspective

Ø  Experience with the RCM database schema

Ø  Experience developing and configuring batch jobs using AIS
