Mandatory Requirements:
1. At least 8 years of Siebel experience
2. Hands-on experience with:
1. Web services
2. Siebel EAI
3. Siebel Tools configuration (e.g. Integration Objects)
4. eScript
5. Workflow
6. Siebel EIM
7. XML messaging
3. Good understanding of the Siebel architecture and data model
4. Candidate must have excellent communication skills
Desirable Experience:
1. Siebel 8.0
2. Web development
Job Description:
The Siebel Integration Lead will manage and develop integration components
between a Siebel 8.0 application and the web.

Responsibilities include:
1. Lead all integration development efforts including Siebel-web portal
integration and data migrations
2. Work with the Siebel development lead to balance the workload of the
development team
3. Act as the point of contact for all integration issues related to the
project
4. Meet with business owners to capture application requirements and
manage scope accordingly
5. Manage the triage of integration defects and issues to resolution
6. Ensure that agency and industry standards are followed in
configuration and scripting
7. Work with configurators, designers and architects to ensure that the
configured application meets requirements and performance goals
8. Coordinate transitions of the application or technical architecture
components to the test and application support teams
9. Ensure that documentation standards are followed
10. Escalate issues and provide status to management
