He will be in Administration and Support Role for SOA Middleware. Other Responsibilities: • System Administration including: • Installation/Configuration • Operability/Scalability design • Monitor development and use • Performance tuning • Capacity planning • 24x7 support when in on-call rotation • Platform-level design and deployment throughout multiple middleware environments • Management, mentorship and training of other team members • Work on corporate projects to ensure proper scaling and platform architectures to support initiatives .
