*Job Description: *



·         Experience in managing multiple projects of complex global
Contact Center environment.

·         Proven record of delivering large global Contact Center projects
with geographically distributed teams.

·         Extensive experience in Genesys Voice portal (GVP), Genesys
Framework, Genesys SIP Server, Genesys Administrator.

·         Have in-depth knowledge and working experience in Voice networks
and the various elements (switching, signaling).

·         Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web
Services, SOA, VXML.

·         Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.

·         Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

·         Experience in a fast-paced and highly dynamic working environment
Track record of accomplishment and effectiveness within organizations.

·         Dynamic personality, flexibility and ability to interact
successfully with business teams. Strong work ethic. Ability to succeed in
a team environment.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Provide superior technical leadership in Contact Center
Applications such as Genesys, GVP 8.x, SIP, CTI multi-channel applications
(voice, ivd)

·         Analyze business requirements to identify risks and design
appropriate solutions

·         Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology
for Global Contact Center Applications.

·         Leading the full life cycle of projects including
design/requirements, installation and configuration, testing,
documentation, and providing cutover and support.

·         Proven record of delivering large global Contact Center projects
with geographically distributed teams.

·         Coordinate the resolution of production issues, analyze a problem
and escalate the issue to an appropriate IS&T team or Genesys technical
support.



*Mandatory Skills:*

·         Extensive experience in Genesys Voice portal (GVP), Genesys
Framework, Genesys SIP Server, Genesys Administrator.

·         Have in-depth knowledge and working experience in Voice networks
and the various elements (switching, signaling)
