Please go through the below requirement, If you are comfortable with this position please send me your updated resume to [email protected]. *Role: QA Lead * *Location: San Carlos, CA* *Duration: 6 Months* JD · 8-10 years of experience in testing with at least 2+ years of experience in as Test Technical Lead · Good hands on Technical knowledge in Selenium Web Driver with Test NG and Continuous Integration environment · Experience & exposure to testing in Web Technologies preferably *Java* · Strong Experience in defining *frameworks for automation (Selenium or Java based test frameworks) *is must · Experience in web services (REST / SOAP) testing using commercial or open source tools · Experience in leading a team of testers, responsible for projects. · Prior Experience work as Onsite Lead and be the single point of contact for all test related aspects of module. · Ability to see the big picture/system understanding with capability/potential to dive into low level details to support problem isolation. *Should be able to write & understand java client code for SOAP web services.* *Should have good DB skills, should be able to understand the DB schema and write simple queries for data verification.* *Proactive and out of box thinking on coming out with test cases (& automation scripts) for the EOP Application.* *(optional) Understand the functioning of Code coverage tools like Cobertura / Jacoco* · Experience in test estimations, planning ,schedules, deliverables, to work with architects, technical leads, project managers, development teams to arrive at the approach · Very good understanding of the test processes, practices, methodologies, techniques and ability to suggest the right approach/methodology to teams · Understand the pain points, problems, challenges faced by the teams, work with technical leads, architects and provide technical direction to address them · Continuously look out for opportunities for improvement leading to enhanced quality and productivity of test, product deliverables. · Develop and maintain test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts, design test data strategies for both functional and non-functional tests. · Good Test Reporting, Strong ability to interpret and summarize test metrics, including the ability to correlate, create and present result reports for various audiences · Performance testing (SOAP UI, Jmeter) experience would be an advantage. · Very good problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and trouble-shooting skills. · Prefer strong experience with open-source tools · Good in risk identification, escalation and mitigation, overall good at risk mgmt, escalation... · Ability to adapt and work in a highly dynamic environment · Excellent oral/written communication including the ability to listen carefully and draw accurate and pertinent details from the customer -- *Thanks & Regards,RajaAITA Consulting Services Inc4-04,Towne Center Drive,North Brunswick,NJ 08902Mobile No.732-658-5432 !
