Title: *Non IT-Senior Project Manager / Project Manager* Location: Ashburn, VIRGINIA Duration: 12 Months *Responsibilities* § The Universal Identity Services (UIS) Security Services Advisor (SSA) functions as the primary client security advisor and service management liaison to assigned UIS clients, liaising between the Client, Security Operations Teams (SOC, Tier3, TAC, etc.), Engineering, Implementations, Development, Sales and other relevant Client’s organizations and affiliates. § The SSA monitors the service delivery, takes actions and steps to verify and validate that the services are being delivered as contracted. § Ensures client service requests are being handled in a professional and judicious manner. § The primary goal of the SSA is to develop and maintain the Security Services Advisor relationship with the client and ensure satisfaction with service delivery, resulting in business expansion and renewal of service agreements. § The SSA position requires a variety of skills and competencies based on a diverse set of roles and responsibilities as noted below, and any other duties or roles assigned. *The SSA will host quarterly service review meetings to discuss one or more of the following items:* § Relevant service reporting and customer trends as demonstrated by these reports § Major incidents requiring further discussion § Planned customer activities for the next quarter § Planned release and service features § Service Level Agreement performance § The primary responsibilities include overall governance, performing as the client’s primary point of contact and advocate within Universal Identity Services. § The SSA ensures that the service is delivered as described in the Service Description (SD) and meets all Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLO) per contract. § The SSA works with the client and UIS Delivery teams to achieve and maintain a strong customer relationship § The SSA provides recommendations to Product Management and Development teams for service improvements based on client feedback and SSA observation, analysis and research. § Service management encompasses the role of service assurance and quality assurance on behalf of the customer. § Desired Skills and Experience § Must have proven successful Client service/management and/or IAM / experience. § Possess the necessary skills (presentation), behaviors (communication & work ethic), and traits to be successful as a Client facing Security Advisor role. § Understands ITIL, service management and quality management practices. § Must have background and understanding of networking and network security § Understanding of compliance requirements such as PCI, SOX, NIST 800-53, FISMA, ISO 27000, etc. § Works well in team environment and as a sole contributor – a self-starter who does not need daily direction. § Experience in Project management of networking and/or network security implementation, operations or engineering projects. § Experience and understanding of risk management and risk mitigation activities and tools. § Must be able to manage crisis situations with the customer and set customer expectations when applicable. § Ability to understand and speak to technical issues with various levels of management, from engineers & other project members to “C” level executives. *Other Attributes:* § Security Clearance may be required for some contracts / jurisdictions.
