*Position: PeopleSoft Developer* *Location: Manhattan NY* *Duration: 6+ months* *Job Description:* Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at-least 5 years of experience in Banking and warehousing technologies and especially PeopleSoft technologies Or Masters in science/maths with 2 years of experience in banking and warehousing technologies and especially PeopleSoft technologies PeopleSoft EPM (& very high in following ) Application Engine SQR’s Crystal Reports Job scheduling Data stage ETL (including IBM, XML file layouts) Unix & shell scripting Database Oracle Procedures, packages & Triggers Dynamic SQL’s Business Objects Data Marts and building of Data Marts Knowledge of financial systems (banking) and reconciliations BI reporting development Verbal and written communication • Development and support using the PeopleSoft and supporting tools • Knowledge to support Business people • Customer Focus o Identify needs and requirements of users and suggest/recommend innovative solutions o Establish professional relationship with business • Communication and Cooperation o Work closely with user community, technical services departments, team members and vendors • Knowledge and Skill o Knowledge of financial accounting and settlements o Working knowledge of project management methods and tools • Analytical ability o Ability to effectively review requirements, business processes, workflows o Determine alternative and innovative solutions – mainly for recurring production issues.
