*Position:- Delivery Manager* *Location:- Houston, TX* *Duration:- 6+ Months* *Job Description:-* Global Support Service Manager. Candidate should have – BP experience Service delivery background Service Management professional Service operation – ITIL Work Location - Schlumberger office – Houston. Must have service mgmt/ delivery experience. Good if candidates have experience in the Upstream domain. Job is Level 1 and 2 desk management Does not need to be able to resolve the issue, but understand how to manage it and recognize where they need to get help from. Role initially 3-6 months, Travel to Aberdeen next year (January time) to understand how services are running there from a training and learning perspective. Essential Demonstrate strong application & service management experience, in a multi-time zone distributed context, including off shoring Must have practical ITIL successful experience Must have a track record of successfully delivering IT support service Ability to create excellent working relationships with the Chili Program teams, and across BP and key suppliers Good supplier management skills Awareness of business and IT&S strategies Excellent influencing capabilities Strong process skills ITIL Foundation Certification / ITIL intermediate level certification(s).
