Should be able to demonstrate the knowledge the various business processes in Sales & Service. 4) Should have worked in at least 1 mid-size CRM project (implementation or rollout) 5) Should be well versed with ASAP methodolgy 6) Should be able to interprete/analyze the Functional Specifications and configure & test the solution CRM system. 7) Should have decent client facing skills.
