The BSA’s core accountability is to work with various areas within the
CapitalOne Mortgage Collections/Loss Mitigation and Servicing lines of
business to analyze business problems and shape IT solutions for execution.
*Must Have:*
- Must be a seasoned Business System Analyst with in depth knowledge on MSP
(Mortgage Servicing Platform, LPS product)
- Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership
- Prior experience in high visibility technology projects in Mortgage
Industry with demonstrated ability to lead up, across and down multiple
business and technology organizations
- Proven exceptional written and oral presentation skills
*Nice to Have:*
- Consulting experience a big plus
- Hands on experience with Agile Methodologies, RUP, Use Cases
- Background in Collections and Customer Servicing in Finance Industry
- Six Sigma Greem/Black Belt, lean, BPM Certified
*Responsibilities include:*
Facilitate and drive requirements gathering sessions
Conduct requirements walk-throughs with stakeholders to obtain sign-off
Act as liaison between business customer and the technical team
Collaborate with Tech Lead to share business knowledge to assist in solution
generation
Work with QA Lead to coordinate and facilitate UAT
Resolve requirement related issues that arise during execution
Ensure all impacted delivery teams, both internal and external vendors, have
complete understanding of requirements
Coordinate work of external vendors
Provide insightful project status to various levels of stakeholders
Create and communicate Implementation Plan and release communication
Maintain product backlog of business requests and IT enhancements
Provide sizing and detailed project estimates
