Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs. · Oversees overall systems testing and the migration of platforms and applications to production. · Develops new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. · Leads projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff. · Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan. · 7+ years application development and implementation experience. · The UX/UI Specialist Design, develop and champion creative and compelling enterprise scalable user interfaces for software applications that enhance solution adoption by making it simple to use and compliant with web standards. · This will require working closely with the business, application development team to rapidly investigate and analyze requirements, analyze and diagram user profiles and interaction workflows, develop a UI paradigm, and offer highly usable interface solutions. · Must have a passion for elegant and user-centric designs, love typography and have opinions on color impact and visual presentation. · Ability to identify alternative design strategies, assess design viability and rapidly transform business requirements into a user interface design. Essential Functions: · Elicit user requirements and develop them into user stories, wireframes, mock-ups, graphics, style guides, markup, and any other idea that can power the development of diverse client projects. · Develop the style guidelines Collaborate with Software Engineers and Architects on front-end integration strategies · Provide feedback and make recommendations regarding the web or other application development solution and the relation to the user interface · Perform user interface usability studies as required Able to learn and adopt new technologies, tools, usability & design paradigms.
