Role: PeopleSoft HR Business Analyst Duration: 12+ months Location: Providence RI Rate: OPEN/ DOE Interview type: Phone *Candidates must have experience with HCM 9.1, as well as modules including Recruiting TAM and Candidate Gateway. * *Summary: * Responsible for acting as a functional PeopleSoft analyst related to a project regarding changes to Recruiting TAM/Candidate Gateway, and analyzing data interfaces. *Education/Experience: * Associates degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree - preferred. 3-5 years of experience in a PeopleSoft business analyst role with a demonstrated record of success in managing time, cost, quality and client management. *Skills and Competencies: * Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 Recruiting TAM/Candidate Gateway modules a must, Data Interface development, Security a plus. Experience using a structured project management and systems development methodology required. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
