*Position:- Project Manager with P&C Insurance Exp* *Location:- **Windsor, CT* *Duration:- 6+ Months* *Job Description:-* · The candidate should have at least 10 years of professional experience in the P&C insurance space or in a top-tier consulting firm, with a well-rounded understanding of the insurance agency management capabilities, core operations and processes, industry trends, best practices and regulatory/compliance issues · Candidate should have demonstrated exceptional understanding of P&C Insurance independent agency solutions (including technology solutions evaluation & deployment, agency platform selection, agency operations as well as solution definition & change management · A good understanding of program and project processes, with experience in large transformation projects · Experience at any level in a top-tier consulting firm would be well regarded. Excellent problem solving, communication, and client management skills are essential. · This role requires strong leadership skills and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader. · Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior levels.
