• Work with team to manage and maintain SAP HANA application and
infrastructure systems.

• Execute common SAP and industry standard daily/weekly/monthly maintenance
tasks

• Setup and configure monitoring of SAP HANA application

• Support add-on installations in addition to support packages and
enhancement packs.

• Provide general technical support for end user support requests

• Monitoring and maintaining system and customer background jobs
Requirements:

Typically requires BS in CS or EE, or equivalent, plus demonstrated SAP
HANA experience with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience within SAP HANA
environment in a technical capacity

• Experience with SUSE Linux.

• Strong teaming and collaboration skills, with ability to build effective
work rapport with others

• Provide guidance and leadership to less experienced engineers when
required

• Proven crisis management skills

• Very strong Problem Solving skills, with proven ability to analyze and
determine root cause and

resolution for complex problems

• Ability to drive recreates remotely in order to isolate and resolve
issues

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and
manage customer commitments

• Good presentation skills Desired Knowledge & Skills:

• 5+ years SAP Basis Experience with Installs/Upgrades, tuning and
troubleshooting of SAP Suites and Modules (GRC/IDM/BOBJ/BODS/HANA) and
Solution Manager 7.0 • SAP Certification a plus • At least 2 years’
experience with one support database (MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2)

Troubleshooting experience using SAP finisar, wireshark, or other protocol
analyzer

• Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of SAP

• Ability to support SAP systems off hours and on weekends

• 3-7 years Data Center related experience

• Desire in-depth knowledge of the following areas: Data Center Networking
and Data Center Products (UCS, Nexus, FlexPod, Vblock, ACE, etc.)

• Demonstrated networking experience including TCP/IP and Routing Protocols

• Familiar with Fiber Channel over Ethernet, Fiber channel storage area
network architectures and/or Network Attached Storage (NAS) Environments

• Certification or Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
CCNA, CCNA Data Center , CCNP, CCIE, Windows Operating Systems
Environments: Linux, SUSE Linux, Oracle, MS SQL, VMware, Citrix This
position must reside in RTP, NC.





Position Title: SOA Onsite coordinator  (Need strong OSB )

Location: New Albany, Ohio



The SOA onsite co-ordinator will work as a team member of the Integration
Architecture team and work on the understanding of the existing
architecture. The expectation is to involve in complete transition and then
work towards building the offshore team. This role will focus on the
delivery and support of new and existing OSB and BPEL services and it will
also provide the opportunity to work with Oracle SOA Suite technologies.



Responsibilities

   - Maintain, modify and enhance core SOA architecture
   - Design and developer XML schemas used within the enterprise
   - Refine and optimize existing SOA projects, with strong experience in
   OSB.
   - Research and develope proof of concepts for new projects
   - Help lead in the definition and maintenance of best practices in the
   development of SOA components
   - Work independently in order to deliver customer service solutions for
   the application teams, from requirements and design through development,
   testing and production rollout
   - Communicate clearly and effectively within the SOA group and with the
   respective application teams
   - Provide innovative solutions and explore and learn new technologies

Qualifications


   - BS in IT related field
   - Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in SOA with hands on experience in
   OSB
   - Strong background in XML, XSD, XSL
   - OSB and BPEL Experience, preferably Oracle SOA Suite 10g and/or SOA
   Suite 11g
   - Knowledge of SOA principles
   - Experience with industry-standard application servers, OAS or WLS
   preferred
   - Strong problem solving skills and desire to innovate new solutions for
   the SOA team
   - Great communication skills
   - Motivated to learn new technologies and processes
