Scheduler, Data Mover, Application Designer etc.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft configuration management, security 
administration.
• Hands on experience in Managing PeopleSoft 9.2 instances and 
understanding of PIA
• Hands on experience in Building PeopleSoft 9.2 environments
• Hands on experience in Patching, Cloning, Backup, restoration and 
PeopleSoft system administrator activities
• Experience in setting up DR and testing DR
• Experience in architecting PeopleSoft environments
• Experience of working in PeopleSoft upgrade projects
• Experience in performance tuning of PeopleSoft 9.2 instances
• Experience in supporting various project activities like CRPs, SIT, UAT 
etc.
• The Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to 
work closely with Customer SMEs.
• It will be advantageous if the associate has experience with Weblogic
 
*Roles and responsibility*
• Will be working as onsite coordinator for supporting PeopleSoft HR
• Will be working closely with Customer SMEs to gather requirements to be 
mapped in PeopleSoft HR
• Will be responsible for preparing To-Be Design documents
• Will be responsible for preparing Set-up document
• Will be responsible for developing functional design document for any 
enhancements/Interfaces to be built around PeopleSoft HR 9.2
• Should be able to conduct Conference Room Pilot
• Should be able to prepare test scenarios/Test Scripts
• Should be able to prepare training material and conduct training
• Should be able to conduct UAT
• Should be able to provide support to users for incidents/Issues
