Develop Proofs of concept and demos for specific business technology scenarios. Lead design, development, implementation and maintenance of technology based business solutions. Lead Integration System UA testing, Cutover, Deployment and Post implementation support. Work with interdisciplinary teams like System admins, DBAs, Business Analysts, Reporting BI developers, ETL experts, etc. Support estimations, staffing and solutions for presales and proposals. Guide Cognos Reporting technical team for design, fine tuning and troubleshooting. Review and QA deliverables of the team .Plan, organize and prioritize team activities and deliverables.
