*Description:*
An engineer position to coordinate work as part of a Red Hat project. This
includes server troubleshooting and incident resolution. Also expected is
discovery work and documentation of existing systems and infrastructure.
*Skills and Requirements:*
· Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of
equivalent experience
· 3+ years of experience building/supporting MS Windows Servers
· 3+ years of experience troubleshooting MS Windows Servers
· 3+ years of Server class hardware configuration and
troubleshooting
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Experience building Servers in a virtual environment is highly
desired
· Proficiency with MS Visio
· Healthcare industry experience preferred.
