*F2F Interview * *USC/GC/EAD Only* *DESCRIPTION:* Elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements. Work as a liaison between the project stakeholders, IT managers and development group. *The candidate must have knowledge of commodities domain and experience in the areas of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT operational procedures and best practices.* *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * · Gather business requirements by interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and conduct analysis for application development. Facilitate requirement workshops. · Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create deliverables in different phases of the project life-cycle by decomposing functionality into specifications and business rules. Produce business requirement document (BRD), functional specifications and business process flows. · Construct workflow charts and diagrams. · Analyze business processes and perform gap analysis, impact analysis and feasibility study. · Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests within the business application and all upstream and downstream systems. · Liaise with onsite*/*offsite development team on daily basis to monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions. · Create and review test cases and test plans with the Project team. Conduct functional and smoke testing.
