One of my client looking for the MS Dynamics CRM Technical Systems Analyst
at NY . Please let me know if you have anyone available for the project.



The initial engagement is for 9 months with the strong likelihood of
additional extensions.

The position is in midtown NYC and the selected consultant is expected to
be on site 5 days per week.

Client is very flexible for interviews, they will do phone and Skype

*Notes from our conversation with the hiring manager:*

·        5 yrs of Dynamics is mandatory (*2yrs MS Dynamics 2013*)

·        *5 yrs of C# and SQL Server* as well since this person will need
to integrate their systems with Dynamics.

·        The focus of this position is on the technical side of Dynamics.

·        Must be able to provide system enhancements/suggestions and
recommendations

·        This role is a 75/25 blend of a technical and functional role

·        MS Dynamics 2013 is mandatory since this person will need to make
all the enhancements/changes etc. to 2013

·        Manual testing

*Required experience:*

·2 years of experience in MS Dynamics 2013 with strong  knowledge of
platform capabilities

·Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft workflow processes,
etc. is highly desired

·Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple
projects simultaneously

·Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at
all levels of the firm

·Able to work independently and interface with the business users

·Excellent communication and coordination skills

*Responsibilities:*



·Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration and development of the
various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

·Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable
targets, and complete project tasks within budget and to customer
satisfaction

·Design business processes and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM
applications and other applications, such as front office and back office
applications.

·Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly
specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation

·Use domain knowledge of business processes and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to
identify software gaps and suggest alternatives

·Support User Experience to leverage the out of the box capabilities of the
CRM platform to create a useable information system with efficient user
interactions

·Ability to interact as a part of a cross functional team to provide a
complete solution that will include custom code when the out of the box
functionality is insufficient

·Build positive business relationships by developing an understanding of
the business processes

·Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations

Coordinate with client lead users and client engineering teams to test and
implement new or modified programs as needed
