*Must Have Skills: *

6-8 years of experience in Siebel CRM

Experience in various Sales and Service modules of Siebel

Experience of various Siebel integration technologies including both
real-time and batch integrations

Strong in verbal and written communication to interface with business/IT
leads to determine support requirements, incident details etc

Entensive knowledge and experience in other Siebel areas such as
Workflows/Configuration

Experience in Siebel CTI module

Strong Analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues and determine
resolution to provide a quick turnaround



*Project Details:*

Cummins Siebel Support for multiple Bus. 24*5 support in onsite-offshore
model. Weekend support for critical and high tickets.



*Job Roles / Responsibilities:*

Ability to lead the offshore team of 8-10 members and provide guidance on
issue resolution

Ability to interface with business/IT leads to determine support
requirements, incident details etc
