*Please send resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Needed Project Manager Process Improvement / Automation * *This position is in Bowie MD* *Pay Rate Range $60/hr C2C* *This is a very long term project * *Overview:* · Incumbent will assist IT Senior Director directing an Automation Team. This group is a combination of IT operations and metrics organization. It is also responsible for Implementation of ITIL. Current projects include Service operations and Asset Management using tools such as Remedy and Flexera. · The primary focus of this role with be to lead project teams in creating automation solutions that eliminate and/or optimize existing manual operational processes. · The Automation Team Lead helps design process improvement and software solutions and is involved in the entire software development lifecycle including design, testing, implementation, deployment, and auditing. · The position will also include development of real-time dashboards that measure operational performance and provide intelligence for decisions, using a combination of COTS products and custom code. *The responsibilities and duties of this position include:* · Develop and implement high degrees of automated processes in support of the delivery of Technology solutions and systems; · Develop and optimize operational tools, monitoring methods, and site metrics to provide meaningful operational metric reporting and trends using a combination of COTS products and custom development; · Develop methods for optimizing the delivery of technology operations and systems functions to maintain system performance, stability, reliability, recoverability, and application execution; · Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning; · Interact with other departments as a functional expert *Qualifications* · Strong Business analytical experience (process flows, procedures, spreadsheets, modeling, etc.) · Experience with ITIL. · Experience with large scale IT projects including planning, development, integration, and implementation of major enterprise-wide systems. · Strong experience with business process improvement, industry best practices and solution implementation. · Excellent analytical and QA skills; ability to take large sets of data and find anomalies and troubleshoot data issues to ensure data integrity · Health care systems / HIPAA experience very beneficial · SAS experience and skills preferred · Exposure to the Microsoft development platform, including T-SQL and .NET programming languages would be beneficial *Manmohan Thakur**[image: image001]* Genuineit LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* Making IT Happen… [image: cid:[email protected]] Ph: 713-234-5905ext :101 Fax:(512)949-5092 *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
