Typical Minimum Experience: *MUST: Typical Minimum Experience: * * Action oriented individual with demonstrated leadership experience in Ariba Sourcing and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations, program management, process design and operational support* Qualifications include: • B.S. in Business Management and 8+ years of business related work experience • Project management experience with progressive increase in responsibilities with global systems • Configuration experience to include one or more of the ARIBA core disciplines including On Demand, Buyer (Requisitioning and Receiving), Invoicing, Analysis, Contract Compliance • Experience must span multiple ARIBA implementations and/or upgrade projects. • System background experience should include familiarity with reporting, workflow, configuration, modifications, etc. • Reporting and metrics experience preferred • Proficient working knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook • Strong Microsoft Project experience; ability to quickly learn other PM management tools, as required • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint experience preferred. Experience with MS SharePoint for project document repository • Demonstrates excellent documentation, retention and follow-up skills • Demonstrates experience working well in teams and with individuals with differing professional experiences • Demonstrates excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Demonstrates ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines • 2+ Years of Change management experience Regards, * Anil Jha* *SR.
