*Duration : 34 Weeks* - Role : IS-Assistant Project Lead (APL) - Role Description : Develop & confirm project management deliverables (E.G. Detailed Schedule Management & Follow-up, Intra - IS Communications & Coordination) and Audit Reflection. - Desired Experience : 7+ yrs. - General Description : Resource needed to perform Business Analyst/Project Manager role to implement manufacturing systems. - Requirements/Must Have : The primary responsibilities will be to: - Analyze current systems and design changes needed to support new requirements. - Work with developers to oversee development, testing, implementation. - Document required artifacts following Toyota’s Systems Development Methodology - Manage project schedule, create status reports, meeting minutes, ensure project progresses as planned, track issues, raise project risks as needed. Good communication skills and the ability to work with minimal direction are a must. Skills & Qualification : 1.Extensive experience (5+ years) with managing projects of medium-high complexity, working with 3-5 man teams to develop custom solutions. 2. Strong documentation and communication skills (written and verbal). 3. Ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time and prioritize tasks. 4. *SQLServer and .NET experience required (C#, ASP.net). Ability to read code and analyze required changes.* 5. Experience with MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, MSProject). 6.
