Location: Multiple Contract: W2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute on business goals to deliver needs-based customer experience as part of OneIRA Program. Work with IRA, UX, and IT stakeholders to elicit requirements and determine best solution to achieve objectives. Provide specific requirements for CE. Create and maintain requirements documents, use cases, and validation scenarios. Trace requirements from ideation through delivery. Understand the applications supporting the users, including existing capabilities and limitations. Work with QA and technical teams to develop test scripts based on functional specifications and participate in testing of systems enhancements and modifications. Develop an excellent working relationship with business users and IT, providing customer-focused and responsive support to their business needs. Establish responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manage time effectively. Constantly grow knowledge and understanding of business issues relevant to integrated financial services organizations and leverage as part of effort to enhance products and services.
