*IVR User Experience Designer* *Location: Middletown, NY – Dallas, TX – Atlanta, GA, or St. Louis, MO* *Duration: 7+ Months* *$60/HR* Candidate needed to plan, design, and evaluate the user experience for IVR applications (touch tone, Directed Dialog, and Conversational speech) on the client VoiceTone platform. Candidate will work on multiple applications with multi-function teams. Specific duties include providing sales and marketing support, designing call flows, monitoring application performance, tuning the application ,and providing support to development and test organizations. *SKILLS* 1. A plus would be having a degree in cognitive psychology or a related discipline such as linguistic or computer science. 2. Experience with the Microsoft Visio Design Tool 3. Experience in designing the user experience for speech enabled applications.
