Title:               *Sr. UX/UI Graphics Designer (with link to portfolio)*

**Position Requirements*



•    Exceptional digital design portfolio that demonstrates conceptual
thinking and an ability to define look and feel for integrated experiences
•    4+ years design experience, preferably in a leading interactive agency
with exposure to finance / investments (non-consumer) accounts or large
information driven websites (healthcare, B2B)
•    Stellar skills with Adobe Creative suite especially
Illustrator/Photoshop
•    Strongly preferred basic coding skills (HTML 5 & CSS 3 with awareness
of javascript)
•    Exposure and familiarity with LESS and SASS highly valuable but not
required
•    An overall understanding of Web production and the capabilities within
digital channels (essential)
•    Creative problem solving skills that enable you to help establish a
look and feel for a given project, evaluate a creative approach,
brainstorm, think and respond quickly while delivering unexpected, original
and innovative ideas;
•    Careful attention to detail and management of version control issues
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly
articulate your creative process, thoughts, ideas and a point of view about
your work
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, a sense of humor
and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with
multi-disciplinary teams

*Core Duties/Responsibilities:*
•    Understand client user persona, business goals and user workflow to
create a range of concepts and designs for each development stream and be
able to partner with product managers to execute vision via intuitive web /
interaction design
•    Proactively offer design / UI / UX recommendations and alternatives to
product team to address challenges and/or improve current design
•    Prepares and presents layouts/samples to product manager for direction
and approval
•    Assist with translating designs to wireframe for conceptual agreement
followed by detailed and multiple interpretations of styling for final
design and delivery
•    Incorporates revisions per product manager feedback as appropriate.
Ensures their layouts and the team's conform to creative style guides
•    Maintain awareness and set standards for design consistency (color
palate, size, iconography) across the product and be a vigilant and
empowered champion of good practices for excellent usability
•    Manage the creation and maintenance of style guides/online design
libraries to accompany final deliverables
•    Assists in asset creation and working within the production plan
•    Proactively suggests solutions to issues that may impact quality or
timing of deliverables
•    Works enthusiastically, respectfully and collaboratively with other
team members on assigned tasks, understanding how the product and teams
operate and their's and other team members' roles and responsibilities
across the product
