The following position is open with our client in NYC Title: *Business Process SME* Duration: 6 month + Location: NYC, New York The person is looking at actual policies and procedures of the department and aligning them, centralizing them and at the same time looking at it's process/systems globally (so it's a combo). Must have exp. establishing Business Process for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance Minimum Requirements: *Deliverables:* - Identify all of the various components of business development practices, policies and procedures that should be documented. The scope involves all processes related to the business development chain from initiation to contract signing, compliance with regulatory requirements and client’s Code of Conduct. - Integration of business processes with information systems including proprietary systems, Salesforce.com, document retention, SAP and others. - Process for documentation of all steps within the business development chain. - Identify variances among existing practices that need to be aligned. - Identify risk factors in current practices. - Identify a path and future hurdles for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. - Recommendations for integration of a contract management process. - Recommendations for future systems integration and process improvements. Description: This will be a 6 months assignment.
