*Qualifications:* - Works closely with the Business Analyst to facilitate requirements gathering through requirements visualization. - Creates user scenarios, navigation flows, wireframes and interactive simulations (low and high-fidelity) based on user-centered design processes for the client internal and external products - Identifies user performance metrics - Follows and helps define standards and pattern library to ensure consistency across product - Translates business requirements into user interface requirements to inform visual design - Performs user research and competitive analysis as needed - Works with GUI and back-end developers to understand technology constraints/advantages for GUI design and to identify data accessibility - Conducts informal formative and summative usability tests, analyses test results and modifies designs based on test findings - Communicates all user interface design specifications to the development/QA team via comprehensive design documentation (user interface specifications), per the client GUI Specification templates. - This includes specification of detailed control and behavior as well as properties for all user interface elements.
