Please send the resumes at kiran.go...@ngtechinc.com Role: Project Manager Lead Location: Madison, Wisconsin Duration: 3+ Years STAR Project Business Process Analysis Lead (Peoplesoft PM) Position Summary The STAR Project (State Transforming Agency Resources) is the State of Wisconsin’s initiative to replace its legacy finance, procurement, human resources/payroll/benefits and budget systems with Oracle's PeopleSoft software. Project teams are formed around business process areas including Finance, Procurement, Budget and Human Resources Management. Each business team will have a Functional Team Leader. Integration and technology infrastructure teams will also be formed. The individual in this position provides leadership and technical expertise in support of the STAR project with specific knowledge in one or more business processes; and provides direction, management, and coordination of the assigned project team members and activities. He/she is responsible for ensuring that specific project goals are accomplished. This position is a Business Process Analysis Lead, responsible for functional support of the STAR project. This includes overseeing activities such as troubleshooting problems and assisting through resolution, participating in writing functional and technical requirements for system changes, perform system and integration testing of changes to the PeopleSoft applications, assist with documentation of user procedures and training programs. Goals and Worker Activities Project Management Lead for the Functional process owners for the business process area and/or module. Provides expertise on business processes and solutions. Responsible with the other functional team members for the functional process decisions during the project. Identifies and coordinates resources as needed (Subject Matter Experts, Functional Resources, Technical Resources, and external consulting resources, etc.). Collaborates with other functional team members to develop common processes across the State of Wisconsin. Leads the business analysts in the design and construction of the business requirements. Provides advanced problem solving and functional support; works with staff to resolve complex functional problems. Plans, executes, monitors, and documents functional activity for the STAR project; provides functional expertise and guidance during the project to ensure proper design techniques are used and that all resources are used appropriately. Member of the STAR Implementation team and other key project teams as required. Works with representatives from other administration areas to ensure integration with their modules. Collaborates with the other Team Leaders in the development and documentation of an implementation/rollout plan. Participates in preparation of overall project plan and corresponding budget. Directly responsible for managing to the finalized project plan and managing all resources within their respective budget. Responsible for tracking, documenting and reporting progress of the project plan and budget vs actual. Collaborates with program, functional and management to facilitate the development and implementation of support procedures.
