Ensures documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience. * Codes, tests, troubleshoots, and documents programs according to systems standards. * Interfaces with vendors to troubleshoot, apply patches, and ensure the effectiveness of vendor-supplied packages. * May provide on-call emergency support services for critical applications. * Responds to questions from clients and analyzes what-if scenarios.
