Position : Scrum Master Location : Minneapolis, MA Duration : 6 Months *Skills* - Must have at least 10 years of experience in the software industry - Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. - Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc) - Experience of working with Project tracking and monitoring tools such as Rally - Excellent communication and mentoring skills - Preferable to have experience in working with Data Management and reports tools *Responsibilities* Accountable for day-to-day management of projects.
