*Position:- **Business Analyst*
*Location:- North Quincy, MA*
*Duration:- 6 - 12 Months*
*Job Description :-*
1. *Experience: Minimum 8-10 years.*
2. Work closely with business to understand current workflow and suggest
campaign management process/workflow as per requirements.
3. work closely with ETL and Campaign team to implement process.
4. *Work closely with data Architect to design customer data mart.*
5. Analyse data requirements and map with standard requirement of retail
campaign data mart.
6. Work closely with business for requirement understanding and
transforming into data model requirements.
7. Prepare functional specification documents.
8. Prepare mapping documents for ETL team to use for designing of ETL
teams.
*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE*
1. *Strong knowledge of retail domain and campaign management process.*
2. Should have implemented campaign management process for at least one
retail client.
3. Should have complete understanding of data requirements for retail
campaign management.
4. *Should have worked in DWH projects.*
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Should be able to take sign off on functional specifications.
