*JOB DESCRIPTION*
OAWA Business Analyst
*DESCRIPTION*
· The primary responsibility of the OAWA Business Analyst is to
provide business analysis in support of the OAWA Exploitation project, been
executed by E&P IT Drilling, Engineering & Operations System and OAWA
Production Engineering personnel.
· The successful candidate will work closely with business
representatives and the IT team to perform the requirements analysis &
gathering activities.
*ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Work as part of the OAWA Exploitation team, providing business
analysis & facilitation support to specifically:
o Gather and analyze detailed business requirements.
o Work with the business to get their engagement and ownership of the
process.
o Convert business requirements into technical requirements and
actionable project plans.
· Develop, build and maintain relationships with key business
customers and other stakeholders to build trust and cooperation and to
ensure continued alignment with their business objectives and strategies.
· Assist in the management of the project as directed by Project
Manager.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
Skills/Competencies:
· Preferred experience in the following subject areas:
o Production Allocation
o Production Loss Accounting
o Production Forecasting
o Production Reporting
o Well Testing
o Understanding of data and workflows in those subject areas.
· Proven business analysis, facilitation and/or process change
management experience.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to represent concepts, plans and designs in technical
documentation –Visio, PowerPoint, etc.-and present same to stakeholders.
