Please send resume to [email protected] *Position: Test analyst/ LeadLocation: Phoenix, ArizonaDuration: 6 Months* . Responsibilities: 1. Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures. 2. Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers and project managers. 3. Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content. 4. Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. 5. Providing input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems. 6. Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks. 7. Advise, mentor, train or assist quality assurance analysts and developers at other skill levels, as needed, to ensure timely releases of high quality code. 8. Achieve a service-focused culture with emphasis on delivering on-time, high-quality products and services to internal and external customers. 9. It is understood that this list of major duties and responsibilities is not an inclusive list and that other duties and responsibilities, which may include helping others in the same or different departments, may be assigned by supervision. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures of quality assurance testing and the ability to apply knowledge and skills to a range of professional assignments including the most difficult and complex 2. Agile testing experience preferred 3. Previous quality assurance analysis experience desired 4. Knowledge on HP QC/ Rally most preferred 5. Ability to independently analyze extensive data, identify discrepancies and inconsistencies and recommend a course of corrective action 6. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team–oriented work environment 8. Strong written and verbal communication skills 9. Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment 10. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with a wide variety of individuals 11. Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner 12.
