*Oracle EBS HCM Functional Analyst* *Location: Charlotte, NC*
*Duration: 6-12 months* *Rate: US$60/hr c2c* *Skills Needed:* · Must have strong functional experience with *Oracle EBS HCM* · Experience with managing requests for employee information within human capital management system, functional analysis, design, and system configuration. Liaison between customer base and work closely with other teams like Benefits, Payroll and HRIT. Coordinates all levels of system and user testing and acceptance. Customer support - using the application efficiently, troubleshooting, communications. · Ability to provide application integration knowledge among the various applications modules (ex.
